National Front Members Leaflet In West Hull
On the afternoon of Tuesday 21st April, four Hull members delivered a thousand leaflets to dozens of streets off Hessle Road. This is an area of West Hull where the local community has never recovered from the collapse of the UK fishing industry and is now being hammered further by the introduction of a growing immigrant population into its midst.
We are pleased to report that during several hours of leafleting we did not encounter a single hostile response. Indeed, while on activities (or socialising afterwards) Hull activists are frequently approached by sympathetic members of the public. On Tuesday, for example, chance encounters of this kind resulted in a couple of passers-by agreeing to attend our next branch meeting.
